Although we were not likely your ideal client, given the less than three-month time frame, you made us feel like we were your only client, and gave us a great portfolio of options that exceeded our expectations as far as the space as well as the price.

Unlike most commercial and residential realtors, you never made us feel like there were problems – only solutions, and you continuously absorbed the stress involved in the procurement and leasing, so to us everything appeared to run as smooth as silk, which also allowed us to continue to run our business virtually uninterrupted.

I very much appreciated your continuous follow up and keeping us on schedule as opposed to us having to keep you on schedule. Again, your attention and diligence made the process appear seamless and we had no interruption to our business practice.

On a personal note, you made us feel like you’ve known us for years even though we just met. Your outgoing, affable and optimistic personality made even something as mundane as looking for new office space fun and enjoyable.
