As someone currently working to get their real estate license, this internship gave me the opportunity to gain real-world experience. Barron took the time to show me the different elements to a real estate deal which was really helpful. I also went along on a tour of properties with a client which was really interesting and insightful and something all interns should do if the opportunity arises. I also learned how to successfully cold call and the practice gave me more confidence. While I was asked to work on developing social media content, the next interns could be given more freedom to actually take over a post on the social media sites and see how much more engagement they produce. I appreciated how flexible and caring the team was.
