I had the good fortune of interning during the summer of 2019 for CRS. To put it simply, I had a terrific experience. My grandfather spent his entire life in the commercial real estate industry and I was looking for an internship that would introduce me to commercial real estate and provide me with “real world” business experience.
The internship program at CRS consisted of myself and several other college students which allowed me to work with peers in a professional business environment. It was very well organized and it was obvious from my first day that the company had put a lot of thought and commitment into their internship program. CRS not only gave me real world experience but also entrusted me with projects that were important to the company.
The management team was attentive and super hands-on with all of the interns which made my summer really productive and enjoyable. I want to specifically thank Randy and Brennen. Both of them took a genuine interest in my early business career and acted as mentors for me over the summer.
CRS is a fantastic company to intern for and I would highly recommend it to any college student looking for a summer internship.
