“When first applying to this internship, I didn’t know what to expect. However, I quickly realized the valuable experience I was given when starting. On my first day, Joe gave me the opportunity to do my first prospecting. During which, I was very nervous and doubtful of my ability to talk about real estate to a potential customer. “I had the opportunity to work as a Business Development Intern during Spring 2024. I was able to learn so much about Commercial Real Estate and how to be successful in this industry. I worked on lease proposals for new and existing clients, maintained relationships with current tenants, and was able to listen in on the negotiation processes between Randy and the landlord for commercial spaces.
